We know you can’t wait to receive the great products you are buying, so we won’t do anything to hold that up. We are proud to offer same-day or at worst next-day shipping. Our goal is to get our great customers what they want when they want it.
All US orders will be shipped and delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail. US First-Class Mail orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days, depending on the city of destination. Customers have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail for 3-5 day delivery or Priority Mail Express for 2-4 day delivery. Shipping time depends on the city of destination.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or major Holidays. Orders placed before 8am PST will be processed for shipping the same business day; orders placed after 8am PST will be processed for shipping the following business day. We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments so that you can follow your order status online. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed due to possible delays at the post office outside of our control. If you experience shipping delays please first contact your local USPS office with your tracking number. If that does not resolve your issue, email email@example.com with your order number and we will be happy to look into your order.

We strive to provide products to consumers at prices that won’t be beat anywhere. In order to provide these prices we would like our customers to understand the products we are selling. We sell products which are big box retailer’s overstock, unopened, or opened store returns. We don’t sell used products (unless the listing states the item is used). The products packaging is sometimes damaged, or imperfect. If you are looking for pristine packaging buy it on Amazon, and pay Amazon prices.

ALL OF OUR ITEMS THAT CARRY AN EXPIRATION DATE ARE IN DATE AND NOT EXPIRED. IT MAY NOT LIST THE SPECIFIC EXPIRATION DATE IN THE LISTING, BUT WE DO NOT SELL ANYTHING PAST EXPIRATION. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW THE EXACT DATE, PLEASE ASK. NO RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED FOR INDIVIDUALS BUYING WITHOUT ASKING AND THEN NOT BE HAPPY THAT THE EXPIRATION IS 18 MONTHS OUT AND NOT 24 (THIS IS JUST AN EXAMPLE ANY SITUATIONS LIKE THAT WILL NOT BE GRANTED).

To keep prices low, we do our best to package products strategically. Our customer feedback tells us that consumers are more interested in buying products at discounted prices than purchasing a pen and having it show up in a box big enough to fit a TV. We don’t ever package an item that we ourselves would not be happy with receiving i.e. if it is a fragile product, or something that could be damaged in shipping we do our best to protect it.
